Instructions for Speakers and Chairs
Since the virtual congress is considered to be new mode and we would like to provide the following instructions to help speakers and chairs to attend the WCBIP2020.
The preliminary online programme is available from the website, all sessions are scheduled in the Beijing Time(China Standard Time, UTC/GMT +8) . WCBIP2020 reserves the right to modify the Congress program, which is published as an indication only.

Live Streaming |
The entire congress will be live streaming online with ZOOM software. In order to ensure a successfully running of this online event, all the session chairs, the speakers who prefer the way with live streaming are required to test the ZOOM connection before the congress. ZOOM Software Download Link: https://zoom.us/ ZOOM Testing Period November 1-15, 2020, 10:00-17:00, 19:00-22:00 (China Standard Time, UTC+8) ZOOM Meeting ID Zoom Meeting ID &Password will be provided via email in the end of October. If you do not receive the ZOOM ID and password for testing or Live streaming, please contact the WCBIP2020 secretariat email: wcbip2020@126.com in time. |

Upload your CV and Photo All speakers are required to upload their personal CV with the template appointed online and Photo to the website for showing during the congress. Deadline to upload: 10 November,2020
l Pre-recorded Video
Due to the unstable internet connection and jet lag, all speakers are strongly encouraged to record their presentations and upload the recorded video to website to ensure a successfully running of this online event. During the conference, we will play your recorded video following the program. Deadline to upload: 10 November,2020
Recording Video File Format 1. PPT Regulations: NO template appointed Slide size: 16:9 (widescreen) 2. Recording video format: MP4 3. The maximum size: limited to 500MB 4. Video Resolution preferred: 1280*720p 5. Be adhered to your schedule, NO timeout allowed. 6. Camera should be turned on during recording and the camera window should be at the top right corner of your presentation slides.

l Live Streaming If you prefer to attend the WCBIP2020 through Live streaming, please notice the WCBIP2020 secretariat email: wcbip2020@126.com.

Session Chairs During the Conference 1. The Zoom ID for each Meeting room will be sent to you via email before the congress.
2.Session chairs need to enter the Zoom meeting room 15 minutes before their session starts. When you enter the meeting room, please change your display to your First name and Last name.
3.Session chairs should introduce speakers at the beginning following the CV which will be showed in the ZOOM.
4. Session chairs are required to keep track of time. You may find the scheduled time from the conference website. If you see that the speaker is going out of time, please use the chat function to communicate with her or him, or interrupt him vocally.
5.Most of the presentations will be pre-recorded. Videos will be played in the Zoom meeting room for session chairs.
6. If there are questions from the audience, our staff will be collecting them and send to the session chairs through chat function. Please make sure to read them in time.
