Method of Payment

Payment Status (Check at 'My
Page')
After you complete your online registration, please visit 'My Page.' You can check the payment status of your registration at 'My Page.' Payment Status will be changed to ‘Complete’.
Letter of confirmation / payment receipt
A letter of confirmation / payment receipt will be sent by email to delegates upon completion of their registration and once the related full payment has been received.
Cancellation & Refund
Policy
By October 1, 2020, application refund received for registration fee registered before May 1,2020 will be processed ONLY after the conference. Refund will be returned to the bank which was used for registration payment within 45 days approximately.
Cancellation of registrations with Registration fees 49 / 69 USD for Virtual Congress are NON-REFUNDABLE.
