COVID19 has been swept across the word. It changes many things including the date and the form of WCBIP 2020. As the epidemic of COVID19 in many countries is still severe and its future is uncertain in every corner of the word, we have to change the on-site congress to a virtual one and postpone the date to Nov.19-22. It is a hard decision after we had a serious discussion with the executive board. We would appreciate all the colleagues’ comprehension to the tough choice. The life needs to be continued, the mission of WABIP needs to be handed down even with the epidemic of COVID19.
