ZOOM Testing for Live Streaming

Session Chairs are required to chair symposiums in Live Streaming only.

The entire congress will be live streaming online via ZOOM.

Please make sure to install ZOOM software on your PC and test the ZOOM connection with us before the congress.

Zoom Meeting ID and Password for testing have been sent via Email. If you haven't received them, please contact us: wcbip2020@126.com

We recommend session chairs to test ZOOM connection as soon as possible, to give our technicians ample time to check the bilateral internet connection, audio and video status prior to the congress and ensure a smooth running of this online event.

During the Congress

1.   [Attend Early] Session chairs need to enter the Zoom meeting room 15 minutes before their session starts. Please type your full name when you enter the ZOOM meeting room.
2.   [Introduce] Session chairs should introduce yourself and each speaker at the beginning. The CV of each speakers will be played on ZOOM following the program running.
3.   [Keep Track of Time] Session chairs are required to keep track of time. You may find the scheduled time from the conference website. Click here to view the schedule
4.   [Q & A] If there are any questions from the audience on virtual platform, our staff will collect the questions and send to the session chairs via chat function on ZOOM. Please make sure to read and answer them in time.
5.  [Assistance] Please contact the staff on ZOOM, if you need any assistance during the congress.

6.  [View Session ] View your session at personal center, CVs of the speakers will be sent to session chairs before the congress.

Most of the presentations will be pre-recorded because speakers may not be able to attend the live ZOOM meeting. Your uploaded videos will be played on Zoom for session chairs.
