I started Endobronchial ultrasonography (EBUS) for central lesions on 1994, and EBUS using a guide sheath for peripheral pulmonary lesions on 1996. I have continued to teach “bronchial branch tracing” for bronchoscopists for Japanese and foreign doctors. Now I‘m studying EBUS-GS, Ultra-thin bronchoscopic procedures and narrow band imaging for bronchial findings of peripheral pulmonary lesions, endocytoscopy, and so on.
