Dr. Carla Lamb is the Director of Interventional Pulmonology at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, Secretary Treasurer of the AABIP, Past President of the AIPPD, Co-founder of Rescue Lung Rescue Life Society Lung Cancer Screening program, one of the largest in the US, Co-Founder of Women in Interventional Pulmonology and Member of the CHEST Bronchoscopy Task Force and Multi-Societal Accreditation committee for Interventional Pulmonary Fellowship Programs.  Dr. Lamb has published peer reviewed guidelines in EBUS TBNA technique, Lung Cancer Screening, Training and Educational Curriculum Standardization of Interventional Pulmonary Fellowship Programs, Validation of Educational Assessment Tools utilized in bronchoscopy, interventional pulmonary procedures and other thoracic procedures. She is the recipient of the Ciaglia Interventional Pulmonary Award 2017 as a leader in innovation in the field of Interventional Pulmonary ,  Chadwick Medical Award Winner in Pulmonary Medicine, and the Moschella Educator of the year, CHEST Distinguished Educator Award recipient for 3 consecutive years.
