Dr. Folch was born and raised in Mexico City. He did his medical school training at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico. He did a Masters of Science in Clinical Research and Internal Medicine training at Emory University. He received his training in Pulmonary, Critical Care Medicine and Interventional Pulmonology at the Cleveland Clinic. He is currently the Chief of the Complex Chest Diseases Center and Co-Director of Interventional Pulmonary at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
