I have acquired knowledge and skills to perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Well trained in Transbronchial Lung Biopsy, Endobronchial Biopsy, Conventional TBNA, Convex EBUS TBNA, Radial EBUS with guide sheath and Rigid Bronchoscopy.

I perform Intraluminal Therapeutic bronchoscopy using CRE Balloon Bronchoplasty, Electrocautery, APC, Cryo Tumor Debulking and perform Metallic (SEMS) Stent Placement for simple and complex tracheobronchial stenosis, TB bronchostenosis, TOF and Airway Endobronchial Tumors. I do Medical Pleuroscopy to diagnose unexplained exudative recurrent pleural effusions and therapeutic adhesionolysis for complex encysted empyema.

I have performed Cryo Transbronchial Lung Biopsies for diagnosis of various Interstitial Lung Disease and Suspected Peripheral Lung Malignancies under guidance of Radial EBUS and Rigid Bronchoscopy. I have independently performed approx. 300 (Linear – Convex and Radial) EBUS TBNA procedures and 100 Cryo Transbronchial Lung Biopsies, Rigid Bronchoscopy for Airway debulking and various other Interventional Procedures at Pranayam Lung and Heart Institute, Vadodara, Gujarat.
